Micro ATX video card support

So this is a really stupid question, but i just want to clarify. So i have a micro-ATX motherboard, and now my question is, will a micro-ATX motherboard support any video card? Because i have a Hewlett-Packard 1495 and I want to get a dedicated video card that is an R7 240 1gb DDR3. Thanks!

yes a PCIE 16X slot supports any card, so long as the case can fit it, and the PSU can power it.
