Question Micro freezes in every game I play fps game freezes for a couple of seconds and its unplayable

It happens on games like the new call of duty, cyberpunk, and basically any game I play

RAM:16GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
I've tried updating gpu and bio also a fresh install of windows

Did you go anywhere with this? I am having a similar issue with a 4060 TI, whera game (age of empires 2) has a micro-freeze with a periodic 7-8min timeframe.
