Micro Innovations digi-cam?

Hello, i have a Micro Innovations digital camera (USB) (Not sure what model it is, and i can not find it anywhere) and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find some drivers for it (with windows 8.1 support) as atm windows just lists it as "Generic Digital Camera"

It's a little difficult (rather, impossible) to locate drivers for it if you don't know what model it is. Micro Innovations was acquired by Digital Innovations a while back; this is the product page for webcams, which I assume is what you are referring to. Perhaps try to compare the pictures to your device, so you can figure out what model it is.

it wasnt listed on that website at all, i did find a picture of my webcam on google though:

so it seems to be the micro innovations ic50c webcam

A quick reverse image search tells me that your webcam is a model IC50C, for future reference. As for the drivers, I don't know if you will find any with Windows 8.1 support since this model stopped being manufactured a few years ago. I was unable to find it from the official manufacturer, but a Google search turned up a number of results. This appears to be from a fairly reliable source, however, I still advise you to take caution with any driver files not obtained from the manufacturer.

i actually already tried that exact driver, the installer just fails with this error: "DLL Loading Failed"

Hm, you might be out of luck then. I wasn't able to find any other drivers hosted by a reliable source, much less one that supports Windows 8.1. You might have an easier time just purchasing a new one. Logitech should have some basic models that are very cheap.
