Micro (?) sata to sata @ 6GB/s

I recently bought an SSD from eBay that said was just a normal sata 6 GB/s but it came with this a connector like this:

And I don't know if I just forgot how to Google, but I can't seem to find this adapter on Newegg or Amazon. Can anyone help with my poor shopping/googling skills?

A SSD shouldn't need an adapter. A 32GB SSD isn't much good for anything.

1. It's 128 GB

2. It does, and I'm pretty sure it's using a micro sata connection

I suppose the adapter is to be able to put it into some laptops.

I thought I explained it in the post, but that isn't my ssd. And I'm looking for an adapter, mine didn't come with one. The connector is like the one in the post.
