Question Micro stutter and GPU power consumption & usage dips.

Hi, I notiuced some games seem to micro stutter once and awhile so I've been monitoring my card. What I see that is strange is once and awhile it looks like the power consumption dips down and so does the GPU useage. Is that normal and if not what would be causing that?

and the cpu/ram/ssd/hdd usage? cpu and gpu temp?
full system spec? include make and model of the psu

GPU: Gigabyte 1070 G1
Mobo: ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero Z270
PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 850w
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)
SSD: Mushkin Enhanced Reactor 2.5" 1TB SATA III

GPU under full load = 67c
CPU around 46c about 36% usage
RAM 28%

I'll need to log all of these when I see it dip. What would do that well? I'm seeing this on Gigabyte Xtreme and Corsair link 4. Would CPUZ log all of the usages well?

Hey OP i am encountering the same issue with my gpu usage falling below 10% from 80+% for no apparent reason. I also see that the same was happening when the GPU power limit was hitting 0 (it was moving b/w 0 and 1). Did you find any solution?
