Question Micro-stuttering in all games ?

Hello guys, im getting stuttering in all games and ive tried everything from forum and youtube and nothing worked... ive uninstalled / reinstalled Windows, drivers are updated, normal temps etc...

My specs are:
i9-9700k
rtx 2080
32gb ram 3200mhz
500gb M.2 SSD
850w PSU

Im getting tired of playing games and a lot of micro stutters happen... (sry for bad english btw)

Disable cpu throttling? No don't do that. What cpu cooler have you got?

Check cpu temp and speed with Core Temp while doing something intense ie Intel Burn Test.

Hi,

This an obvious question to ask but have you cleaned out any dust from your CPU and GPU fans + all air vents in your system?

Have you reapplied a quality thermal paste onto the CPU?
