[SOLVED] Micro stuttering Problems when playing destiny 2

So I have noticed a annoying problem on PC. I have a capable PC with:
Geforce 1080 asus strix .
Intel i5 8600k @ 4.9 ghz .
32gb ram.
SSD.
But when im playing on quite high settings, and have 150+ fps.
I have some sort of micro stutter. (Even when the fps is really stable, and only fluctuating 1-3 fps) The game runns smooth, but then out of know where boom it freezes for like .5 sec and then boom smooth again

Im running the latest drivers of everything, and the win10 latest update.

i would recommend this to avoid the stutters.
-Play on Full Screen
-V-sync at 144 fps
-Play at 1080p or 1440p
-Avoid having other Video-Demanding apps in the background. Such as Animated wallpapers,Youtube videos playing on the back, afk in other games,etc.
