Good day everybody. Im getting this micro stutter that happens mostly during internet browsing. It happens watching vids or playing game. as well but since ive had this issue i haven't gamed much . just trying to figure it out.
So, when Im browsing it just freezes for maybe 3 seconds. Another thing that may or may not be related is when I start chrome or firefox the fans blow harder momentarily. I've tried to figure this out on my own, but im not knowledgeable enough at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
CPU: i7 9700K
Mobo: ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI)
Ram: 16 Gb's Gskill Trident Z RGB
GPU: RTX 2080 ti fe
OS: Windows 10
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series, HX1000, 1000 Watt, 80+ Platinum Certified
