Hi all, I bought a Micron 3400 1TB NVMe SSD off eBay to install Windows, but it’s password locked. On boot, BIOS says the SSD is locked, and I can’t do anything with it. It has a PSID, so I tried the PSID revert using Micron Storage Executive on another PC. It says “completed successfully,” but the drive is still locked. No change. I found this PDF, and it looks like my 3400 uses TCG Pyrite, which may not support PSID revert?
Is there anything else I can try, or is this SSD basically useless? Thanks!
