Microphone is picking up computer audio?

I’m trying to seek a solution to why my mic is picking up audio from my computer. I looked around my settings and I found a very strange occurrence. When looking at the recordings tab on sound settings the same audio coming from playback is portrayed in the microphone. This holds true when I attempt to set up my microphone on the control panel, I even tricked my computer into thinking my mic was fine by playing YouTube audio through the computer. There is a few things I would like to say in order to give anyone seeking a similar solution or anyone who is attempting to help me solve this issue, one it’s not a case of too loud speakers, I lowered the volume on the headset but kept the computer volume the same and it still showed the mic was picking up the audio, two I’ve tried multiple headsets and this holds true no matter which brand. To anyone who post an answer thank you in advance.

To anyone that is trying to solve a similar issue I found the fix for me. I just found a new Realtek driver, I don’t know if this driver was an update but if it wasn’t then all you would have to do is uninstall your audio driver, while making sure you have a way to reinstall that same driver.
This is from a different forum, on an issue about Razer Krakens, but the problem seems to be about the same:

Two ways which you can attempt to fix it are:
1. mess with your mic levels in control panel-> manage audio devices-> recording -> properties-> levels
2. buy a 3.5mm to usb sound card and wire your kraken pro through that
i have tried the first one and while it works it also makes your mic very quiet, looking at picking up a usb sound card soonish

Another one I found:

I fixed it by going to Control Panel > Realtek HD Audio Manager > Device Advanced Settings [gear icon on the left]. Under Recording Devices, uncheck "Tie up same type of input jacks" and check "Separate all input jacks as independent input devices."

Here’s a thing I would like to throw out, it can’t be the mic. Unless the microphone installed a driver and I never noticed, I don’t think it’s possible that the mic is to blame. I used a microphone that had worked previously but something caused it to start hearing computer audio, I don’t know if this was from a setting I messed with or a virus I installed but I’m currently looking into all my files that could possibly be messing with my recording devices. Most of the articles you showed me I either already tried or they just don’t lead to a solution. Thank you for your reply.
