Question Microphone Noise

Hello everyone!
I have a very strange problem and tried multiple solutions, unfortunately none worked so far. I hope that somebody on this forum can help me.

What's the problem? - All my microphones that I connect to my PC make a constat noise (I guess it is called White Noise), even when I don't say anything. In the voice recorder app there is a constant blue circle around the recording symbol. This Circle doesn't change the size but it is constant. When you listen to the recording you can hear a constant background sound even when you speak/don't speak. This also applies to other software like Audacity. There you can see that the programm is recording noise, even when I don't say something.
In the sound settings you can listen to the Microphone input and yes you can hear clearly that the Microphone itself is producing a sound. And all of my Microphones do that.
Playing around with the gain-levels doesn't change the effect. In fact, for some of my Microphones, I don't have gain-levels to change, just the normal sound input.

The microphones that I have are
  • Tonor TC-777 (USB)
  • Tonor TC-30 (USB)
  • Eivotor YX-3 (audio jack)
  • A Head-Set Microphone (audio jack - never used for recording though)
  • WEB-Cam Mic (never used it until now)
I know these aren't high-end microphones but they did their job until know. The thing is, that I had a Tonor TC-30 before and it worked like a charme. I never had to adjust anything. Then it broke it (accidentally) and I ordered one again. And then that problem started appearing.

What solutions did I try until now:
1) Update my Realtek audio drivers and my mainbord drivers/BIOS
My mainboard is MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS
The latest On-Board Driver version is 6.0.9336.1 and I have this one installed (can see it via Device Manager)
But when I go to the sound settings, I don't have an "Enhancementt" Tab. Not for the Output-Device (Loudspeakers) not for my Input-Device (Microphones).
The Device Manager also shows "Realtek(R) Audio" and not "Realtek High Definition Audio" (don't know if this is of importance but I add it).
All the videos and instructions that I consulted to get the Enhancement tab didn't work.

2) Restored previous Windows 10 Version
I reinstalled all programms that I used and the drivers but that problem keeps reappearing.

3) Tested my Mics on other Computers
Here it starts to get really weird. This "background" noise exists on all computers where I tested my mics (3 PCs in total). That would mean the my mics have a problem, but all 3 of them?
This doesn't seem possible to me.

And yes I know all Mics pick up some sort of noise but here it is constant and "visible" which wasn't the case before.
I have a wireless internet connection and I already tested if the connection causes the issue but no. (How could it, it worked before without problems)
I can use Audacity to mark the "Noise" and let it cancelling it out but this is not how it should work. There shouln't be noise to begin with.

My general PC specs are
Windows 10 Pro
Intel i7-9700KF
RTX 3080
64GB DDR4-RAM

I hope that somebody can help.

EDIT:
For anyone who wants to know how does the problem manifest itself:
When you click on the link and go to step 4 and look at the picture there. This is how my Voice recorder looks as soon as I press recording. A constant "visible" noise.

Thanks for the reply sizzling,
I haven't changed the power supply and also I did not add any devices. Like I said, my old Tonor broke and I replaced it with the new one. The other mics all worked fine as well.
The problem then started appearing. Up to this point I actually never looked at the drivers or sound settings because there was no reason for it (why trying to fix something that ain't broken).
