microSD card bootable and ChromeOS install on it?

I currently have Windows 10 and Ubuntu dual-booted on my laptop (I am using an ASUS TP200SA) and I'm wondering if I could take advantage of the microSD card slot it has. I have a 64GB microSD card and I'm wondering if I could install ChromeOS onto it and boot from it. I have tested this method before, but using a USB Drive, so 1) how do I install ChromeOS on a microSD card and 2) how do I boot from it?, all help appreciated thanks

Does the microSD have an option in the BIOS boot order? If the system does not have the drivers for it, then it will not be possible. You could use a microSD card adapter/reader via USB, but that would defeat the purpose.

yeah that was sort of the case, I tried booting from it, but the BIOS didn't have a boot option (UEFI/Legacy) for the microSD. Perhaps there are things I can change in the BIOS for it to detect that the microSD is a USB Drive?
