Microsoft Basic Driver

My Windows 10 computer is using the "Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver" and it won't allow me to uninstall it. I've tried everything it seems, but I'm thinking a fresh install might work, I'd rather not have it come to that though. So any ideas will help. Thank you ahead of time.

A fresh install will not work.
You need to get your system online and do some windows updates. If you are using Intel graphics, the drivers will download and install along with other updates.
If you are using an AMD/Nvidia GPU, a driver will also download, but you could download those drivers yourself and install them.

I've already tried downloading drivers, but the Nvidia installer says I don't have a Nvidia GPU. Which I most certainly do.
