For the people comparing the iPad Air to the Surface Pro
-.-
if your use case fits the iPad, buy that you'll be happier it's lighter and the battery lasts forever. if you want an Ultra Book you can use as a tablet, get the Surface. If you think the Surface is slow, you're trolling and haven't actually used one, or have no reference in the Ultrabook space. If you're comparing it to your 7 lb gaming laptop, you're trolling and have no reference in the Ultrabook space. Seriously, this is an ultra book, in Tablet form factor with a removable (albeit expeinsive) keyboard.

For the one debating the Surface Pro who's had a Surface. I liked the Surface as a tablet, but it constantly felt like I just couldn't quite do everything I wanted on it. The Surface Pro doesn't have that issue. A bit heavy, but you can flip out the kickstand and reverse the keyboard (so the stand is sitting on the keyboard) and it's pretty stable even sitting on one leg. I do have a touch keyboard though so that might not work as well with the type.

Seriously, being able to stream and watch EVERYTHING that I can watch on my Media PC. There is no other tablet OS that can do so.
