[citation][nom]molo9000[/nom]Windows 7 home premium does not support backing up over a network -> huge fail.Incremental backups over a network are possible in Windows 7 Pro and you can restore previous versions of a file from those network backup, but you can't actually look at the file before restoring it.You have to take a wild guess at which version of the file you want to restore. You also can't search or easily browse through your backups if you can't remember the name of the file or where it was stored or when it was deleted.[/citation]

Still there is metro , so no thank You ...

[citation][nom]molo9000[/nom]No idea if somebody else did the same thing before Apple[/citation]
That's because you never even looked, stay blissfully ignorant and assume that Apple invented rainbows and fairydust

For the love of everything holy, would everyone just stop crying about Metro and no start button? There is already a FREE program that will bring the start button back and a registry hack the will make the Desktop your Default UI.

I have been using Windows 8 in a live environment for testing since the first beta and it only took me about a day or two to get use to Metro. I have no issue working on Metro and actually found that it is way more efficient than the start button to operate the system now.

Bullshit... Metro is not intuitive , and its a 2nd interface , switching between noon metro interface and desktop make no sense. Win 7 will rule .

[citation][nom]molo9000[/nom]yup, sounds exactly like Apple's Time Machine.... even the backup interval every hour.[/citation]
Yes! Next apple patten will involve "hour". All world clocks shake in fear
