Question Microsoft.Management.Deployment.winmd file in my "Downloads" folder. What is it?

Can anyone tell me what this file is? I just downloaded a program called TeraBox, would it have anything to do with that? I also downloaded something on Telegram. But besides that I'm not sure what could have created it.
