[citation][nom]thecolorblue[/nom]the thinking adult doesn't defend a corporation (microsoft) who builds into an operating system TOS (windows 8) the right for that corporation (Microsoft) to spy on people's hard drives, upload the contents of that search to servers at corporation headquarters, and then remotely initiate delete commands that wipe programs from people's computers (those running windows 8) at their whimsy. that bull$hit in un--acceptable and no educated adult of any vision would defend a future where computing heads in such a direction.http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US [...] rms-of-use[/citation]Wow you're right, MS isn't as bad as Google on this stuff after all! I mean, look at how Google is an advertising company that sells your personal information to everyone they can, and digs through your email. Thanks for clearing that up and defending MS on that one. You're a real stand-up guy. 😀

MS needs to clearly draw line between PC and Tablets and Phone and if they still want to stick with Metro, it will require to remove Desktop from Tablet and remove Metro from Desktop, focus on common features and try again. Most likely PC sale will pick it up again and as far as Mobile goes...sorry MS you guys are too late in the game.

I posted here a few times before these win8 stuff hit the market. That the RT version will cause confusion. WP8 and WART are not windows, so they should not be called windows.

Pretty much everything Microsoft has done in he past 12 months has been stupid.

[citation][nom]nikolajj[/nom]Yes, and I like it. Having the same OS on my pc, my tablet, my phone and soon my xbox (hopefully) is genius! Everything will be connected, and thats where teknology is going. Windows 8 is MS's (and the industris) first sted in this direction, and I think that all other companies could learn from it.[/citation]

No, its not the industries first step in that direction. iOS on both the iPhone and iPad is. More and more iOS features are ported to OS/X.

Keep trying, and eventually your eyes might be open.

[citation][nom]AndroidWon[/nom]killerclick = dumb apple itardYou are thanful microsoft is bombing? Let me guess, you are an apple itard who wants apple to be the only company? You my dumb friend are what people call a brainwashed consumer. YOu are almost as dumb as otacon or ericburnby.[/citation]

I dont think you could pack more nonsense into a post than you just did.

Microsoft has built a business on a subpar dinosaur size bloated OS which has all the security of a screen door, is responsible for the virus industry existing, cant properly code multi-threading/multi-core support into their OS, stifled competition overall and helped bankroll the SCO-Novell case.

The best thing would be MS falling on their face and people waking up to other options. And they are starting to. No, the adoption rate of Linux or OS/X isnt skyrocketing on the desktop, but it is in other devices, and that is the best thing that could possibly happen.
