See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

JIT Debugging
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

See if this helps
right click start button

choose powershell (admin)

copy/paste this command into window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth

and press enter

Then type SFC /scannow

and press enter

Restart PC if SFC fixes any files as some fixes require a restart to be implemented

First command repairs the files SFC uses to clean files, and SFC fixes system files

SFC = System File Checker. First command runs DISM - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/what-is-dism?view=windows-11

In my first post first 3 screenshots after I clicked [continue], [ok], [ok] as seen in first 3 screenshots, I did not see any pop up again. Can I do nothing since no more popup? Is there anything wrong with my computer?

If it hasn't happened again, you probably fine.

if it happens again, try my steps. If it keeps happening after we might need to look at .net

the steps I showed just check windows is okay, its safe to do anytime.
