Microsoft Office Error

I have a Dell Inspiron 580s with:
Windows 10 Build 9926
5GB of RAM
Core i3 550
AMD Radeon HD6670

Just today I have started getting an eror the the application cannot be started along with the error code 0xc0000018. Any idea how to fix this? All answers appreciated!

Uninstall the program restart your system then reinstall it
