I just bought this discounted student version of microsoft office, however, when I downloaded the program it does not work. I click on microsoft word or whichever program and it will not open. Any suggestions?

Did you install the software and it won't work? Or is the installer not opening? Check in task manager to see if the process is running. You could try downloading the installer again too.

yes i did install the software and still it will not load up
