Microsoft announced that it seized 50 domains used by Thallium, a threat group believed to operate from North Korea, to disrupt its attacks on targets around the world.

We obviously need a new "Cyber Force" on top of the new "Space Force" capable of attacking these malicious actors without getting involved in a legal battle in court first.

When attack is exponentially cheaper/easier than defense (clearly the case in cyber security) then rapid offensive overreaction for deterrence might be a better strategy than cautious "proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law" cyber defense. The Western free world needs to get serious about this stuff.
