Question Microsoft surface Pro 4 can play 4k?

I'm going to buy Microsoft surface Pro 4. I need it to connect to the extended 4K monitor with 60 hz and play 4K movies. So, can surface pro 4 handle 4k videos?

There were several Surface Pro 4 models, with different CPU options. I suppose, the cheapest one with Core m3 won't do it (and I am not even sure it's DP port supports 4k).
