Question Microsoft visual c++ 2017 cant install

[Triaon]

I needed to reinstall it for geforce update and then couldnt use it due to a installer error.
I uninstalled it and removed all versions for due to a clean install being easier.
Now i cant install c++ 2017 pack 14.16.27024.
It needs to find 'vc_runtimeMinimum_64.msi' and i cant find the path it wants / not in packagecache folder.
0x80070643 is the error code.
