remember when cellphones were limited to being hardwired inside a car or it had to carry a bag around with the phone? ala the Motorola Bag Phone? To me that's where VR is now. In ~10-12 years VR\MR\AR will be the new smart phone revolution

Right, but we've already tried wearing phones on our face, eg. Google Glass, and that just made people want to punch the wearer.
