[SOLVED] Microstutter and screen tearing on new pc

I am using a 2080 super and ryzen 7 3700x, and an ASUS VA326HR monitor. Since building the pc i have been dealing with microstutter and screen tearing and was wondering if anybody has experienced anything similar and knows any potential solutions. I have enabled freesync and vsync in nvidia control panel but this has not helped me. Any help is hugely appreciated thanks.

Have you tried low latency mode, set to on or ultra and try gaming, also try disabling vsync in game and force it through nvidia control panel
