Question Microstutter fix for x3d chips ?

I was searching on reddit and I found this wondering if it's reliable or not.

It's regarding global c-states being enabled instead of auto, according to him auto= disabled, and having it disable makes the problem of stuttering across x3d versions of amd Ryzen issues.

sure, does this have any negative impact on the cpu though? i mean im posting here to get some idea or at least some personal experiences, i just saw this thread in reddit and i found it curious decided to ask to people that takes these kinds of topics more seriously.
