Question Microstuttering every 0.5s

Hi, recently my brothers PC started to stutter every 0.5s or so, I updated BIOS drivers, GPU drivers, checked storage drives with multiple programs - appears good, scanned with malwarebytes, tested with 3dmark - everythings good, currently testing ram with memtest86 but till now everything seems good,

Any idea what else should I check or what could be a problem?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT PULSE 8GB GDDR6
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W 80 Plus Gold
RAM: Patriot 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz CL17 Viper Steel
SSD: ADATA 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe XPG SX8200 Pro
HDD: Toshiba P300 1TB 7200. 64MB

Hey there,

When you updated the bios, did you 'clear CMOS'? If not, do that and then test again.

Is he playing any games off the HDD?

I can't see the system using much of a page/swap/virtual file.

You can also use DDU to uninstall the GPU driver, and then do a fresh install from the driver. This may help.

Edit: Sorry just noticed you've not listed your mobo. That will be relevant.

Oh yeah sorry, MOBO: ASUS TUF B450-PRO GAMING, Will try usind DDU.
EDIT: Main issue was probably BIOS, I was 100% sure that I updated it but no, did it again properly and everything works fine now, thanks a lot

Did you enable XMP/DOCP again after updating the BIOS?
