Hey, so I've been having this issue for a while now and it seems I've tried every solution under the sun, but nothing has fixed my issue. Maybe someone here has an idea I haven't thought about.
Every From Software game I've played in the last couple months (Sekiro, Dark Souls 3, Elden Ring), has had issues with micro stutters every couple minutes. (Sometimes every minute, or even twice in a row, sometimes every 5 minutes. It seems totally random). My Fps drops to 1 for half a second and then everything runs normal again for 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
Now let me be clear, I don't have this issue in any other game.
Here's a list of games I've recently played, (all with graphic settings cranked up to the absolute maximum).
Dead Space Remake, Hogwarts Legacy, Doom Eternal, God of War, Spider-Man and Miles Morales, Lies of P, Star Wars Fallen Order, Battlefield 2042, Counter Strike 2, Squad, Escape from Tarkov, Horizon Zero Dawn.
My PC Specs are:
7800x3D Running Stock
RTX4080 Running Stock
64GB DDR5 Ram@6000 MHz
2TB Samsung 980Pro
Here's what I've tried to fix the issue:
Via NVIDIA control panel
Under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
