Question Microstutters with OC of i5 9600k and ROG STRIX RTX 2060S on an Z390-F

I tried Overclocking my CPU to 5GHZ, i'm new to Overclocking and tried out diffferent Settings i saw on YT.
When i do the Cinebench R15 Bench i get a better score than before.
But if i try gaming Warzone then my game freezes sometimes for a Second or two.
If I undo all my changes i still get these Stutters, so have i broken something or have i just not reset it correctly? And how can i OC my CPU without making it Stutter,

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming
CPU: Core i5-9600K
GPU: ROG STRIX RTX 2060S
CPU Cooling: be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim

PSU is an CoolerMaster G750M (Is from an old Gaming Computer of mine which, it is 5Years old now)
