[SOLVED] Mid CPU usage Low GPU usage - low fps.

Specs -
tuf x299 mark 1
I7 7800x
RTX 2070 Super
48 ram 3200mhz
In game CPU usage is on 40% GPU usage is 6% - 100-50 fps
On desktop/chrome CPU usage is on 4% GPU usage is 0%

I cant play any game on more then 100 fps(low\high res.).
Everything on my computer is set to maximum performance.

sounds like your using the integrated graphics and not the dedicated graphics card

You should be on Nvidia driver 457.09

Your monitor might be limited to 100hz or Sync capped
What resolution are you playing 1080p or 1440p

Some games are CPU heavy.

my driver is 457.09
Vsync off.

hey i did as you said @wi5pa im getting 250 fps but the gpu is still on 8% can i get higher fps with more gpu usage?
And can you help me with proper manage 3d setting of Nvidia please

You are already at the max fps for your monitor, so pushing it for more is pointless as you will get screen tearing hence why you use vsync.
Valorent and CSGO might be more Cpu heavy games, they can run on potatoe systems.

If you run something like "userbenchmark", or "3dMark" you should see your GPU getting 100% usage

Also try a couple of GPU heavy games, Steam has free games like, Destiny, EVE online, worth a download to test your GPU performance.

I dont really know about the best settings, you would be better to google it and look at a few websites.

The problem is that when something happen mid game
smokes walls or so
the fps getting lower then 250 and i want to set it on more then 250. want to use my maximum performance

Youd be much better off running it at a steady 200fps.
Its pointless doing what you are trying to do,
i dont understand why you are, when most people play games at 60/75/120/144/165hz.

If you really want to run a steady 250fps or more then you need a massive graphics card upgrade to a 2080ti /3080
