I was fortunate enough to get my hands on an RTX 3060 TI and intend to build a new PC around this. Budget is $1500 less the $500 for GPU, located in Detroit, USA. How does this look as a 1080p gaming machine? I appreciate any and all advice.

i5 12400 / 12400F gaming benchmarks.

I appreciate the Intel variant as well as the mobo alternatives. As you suggest, I'll look into some of those B660s w/ built in radios. I've only ever had one other mobo (sans prebuilts) so some reading in this area will do me good.

Intel boards use Intel's WiFi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 chips which is about as good as it gets for WiFi.
