Mid. range PC vs PS4

ok guys, i have a limited budget and i want to build a PC for gaming as following :
Kingstone HyperX fury black 8GB ddr4
intel core i3-6100 3M skylake Dual core 3.7GHz
Cooler master k380 k-series Mid tower Desktop case + extreme power 500W PSU
Westren Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
MSI B150M Bazooka D3 socket LGA 1151
amd saphire radeon RX 480
will this PC handle games on high/ultra for the next 3 years ? or should i go for a PS4 will last longer with me ?
im on very limited budget and a friend of mine advised me with this built as i dont know how to build my own pc
kindly guys i need your help to decide to get this build of pc or should i go for a ps4

The build you have listed above is a very decent build for gaming specially...
Both the CPU and GPU are new and are unarguably the best bang for buck atm...

It can play almost all games on 1080p high- very high at steady fps...I really recommend this build for those who are on a limited budget.
I would expect that system to still be able to play games on high (I assume you mean at 1080p) for the next few years. The only question mark is the CPU, if more games start to need true quad core processors you may find that the CPU becomes a limiting factor over your GPU. I run an i3-4160 and a GTX 960 at the moment and have no problems running games on Ultra/high at 30fps or over, a few of the very taxing games require a bit of tweaking.

Thanks guys for responding, this built in my country will cost the same as a PS4 + 32'' TV , so i guess i'm going to get that built.
i always prefer PC over PS but i will not be able to upgrade in a while that's why i was thinking about a PS
