[SOLVED] Might "ms/ping" be reason for fps drops in Rust?

lower "ms" = lower ping = lower latency = better
lower "fps" = less frames are shown = image looks choppy = worse

latency -> depending on your internet connection / modem
fps --> depending on your CPU/GPU/RAM

so no, the two aren't really related.

fps drops shouldn't be connected to latency spikes.
