Migrating OS

I am planning to get a OCZ SSD and i want my OS [windows 7] to boot from the SSD. How am i suppose to do that? I've heard you can "migrate the information , but i don't know how.

He show how to do it (i don't remember where exactly) but it's really precise.

i've seen the video and he recommended the program true image?* from what i learned it's supposed to save EVERYTHING from and load it from a cd or from other source of storage. It would be exactly the same, though still kinda spectacle about because i have no reassurance of it working.

There's a tool in Windows (really ? ahah) and a guy recommends True image.

would it be bad if i just copy and paste windows from harddrive to SSD? and then delete harddrive OS or would it corrupt everything? because my main objective is to migrate my OS, my OS boots up pretty slow.
