So 5 days ago I was using my desktop and I decided to go bring a bowl of cesarean to the sink when trying to pick up the bowl the milk spilled onto onto my desktop, A few droplets if milk managed to find their way inside and my screen went blue. My computer has yet to turn on if I press the power button nothing happens. I got the milk on my PSU, My GPU, and my mobo. Is it blown pls help!

Unless you are experienced I would take it to a local repair shop.

If you feel up to it.... Right off I would not use the same PSU anymore(buy one locally from a Bestbuy, Fry's, etc... that way at least worse case, you'll be able to return it). You are going to want to disassemble your desktop and examine everywhere for "milk". Get a tooth brush and 90% rubbing alcohol. Scrub any exposed areas until the milk is cleaned off. If there's a blown capacitor(the end will be bulging up), then that's going to have to be de-soldered/replaced.
For best results, let the exposed board soak overnight in a mixture of 90% alcohol, distilled water and a little bit of white vinegar. The next day, let the board dry out thoroughly before trying to use it again.

Are we talking about a few drops or something substantial?

Clearly you have had a short crircuit. If there was no smoke and catastrophic bang, your power supply is probably ok. Its likely that you have a motherboard issue.

Have you opened the case and done a visual inspection.

Are there any obvious signs of damage, is the motherboard clean?

Where did the milk land and run?

I think you got more than a few drops in there.
