Minecraft goes from 300fps to 40-50fps when i move my mouse

CPU amd athlon X635
RAM: 8 Gigs ddr3
MB: M2N32-SLI Deluxe

when i move my mouse minecraft becomes completely unplayable.
please help.

Your processor is significantly weaker than the rest of your system, Im not surprised.
The reason you lose so many frames is because you are rendering as you move.

is there a cpu that you know of that will crush just about everything i throw at it that still works with my system
