Minecraft, Mid-high Gaming, Graphics Modelling PC build ,feedback needed

That is a nice little build
The only thing i would change is the motherboard. It is the LE version without any heatsinks on the northbridge.
You have picked a picked a CPU and CPU cooler combination which can be overclocked very well but i would worry about those lack of heatsinks on the motherboard.
It's £67 instead of £53 but if you could get this it might be better

Even if i had to buy the CPU cooler later with this motherboard i would. The included fan/heatsink will do fine without overclocking. Then later you can get the cooler and overclock on that motherboard.

The power supply unit is good for that build
Everything else is well picked and good value
