Minecraft performance drops after awhile

So I got my new lenovo y50 laptop, tried minecraft and worked like charm 100-300 fps, however it's been 1.5 month now and i am getting 60-140 fps. My java isn't outdated (Java 8 64 bit) I do have optifine, I did update my graphic drivers, I did everything, Specs:
8GB RAM
Intel core i7 4710HQ Quad 2.5 GHz
GTX 860M GDDR5 4GB

also my performance got no drop in other games

Are you installing any mods? Shaders and Texture mods are very gpu intensive and can drop fps straight from 100 to 10-20

I do have another minecraft version that have mods but i am playing on the one which has optifine only

I am still suffering from this problem, I used to get 40-60 fps with shaders now i am getting 10-18 fps, and 120-200 fps in minecraft

This might be a dumb suggestion, but maybe the map is more complex since you've been building more?

You got lots of redstone stuff? or things like running water and lava?
Tried turning the view distance down to like 12/16?

ahaha no guys, i have my render distance to 8, and the fps drop is nearly everywhere, it's shame that this laptop is actually performing better in GTA 5, i still can't tell why is it getting fps drops, the specs are more than enough for minecraft assuming i used to get better fps before

Tried that many times, the problem is, on my old laptop I got exactly the same issue,
