I just recently built my computer and when I play Minecraft, I get these weird pixel issues. I only notice them in Minecraft so it rules out a bad card. For example, when i am holding a white object, pixels flash in black and blue all around the object I am holding. And also, when I am looking at snow from a distance, I would see a ton of black pixels. What could be the cause of all this?

I just checked it out and Vanilla doesn't do it as badly using Vanilla textures as well. Video settings are default as I downloaded a fresh Minecraft. It is only on Minecraft I notice it on, not Youtube, the Desktop or League of Legends. So it must be safe to say that it is just Minecraft code that does this?

This is what it looks like in Vanilla, in the FTB pack it happens worse and even the item I'm holding does the same thing.

Better yet I have a picture of a flat world full of snow. Also, I sort of have a solution from another forum post I did. Apparently this other person who was helping me had the same issue after he/she tested it out.
