Minecraft Recording PC $800

Hey, I need a PC that can run Minecraft on high frames while recording. I need everything including OS and a monitor. I am fine with a 1366x768 monitor, although I would prefer a 1920x1080. I need it for $800. I am willing to go about $20-$40 over budget. Thanks!
