Minecraft running really bad

I recently bought the MSI GP62MVR 7RF-456NL Leopard Pro, This laptop has a I5 7300HQ and a GTX 1060 3gb.

However I ran into a weird problem. Games play really good on the laptop except minecraft. I play this game alot so I was super confused. My desktop pc with FX-6300 and GTX 960 2gb ran the game better. Now I get around 16 fps. Even weirder is that when I run the game with the intergrated graphics card it runs at 40 fps sometimes even 60.

I looked up alot of stuff and really dont know what I can do to solve this problem. My laptop should easily be getting 200 Fps but instead i'm stuck with 16. I installed the latest drivers, I installed drivers before that and still 16 fps. But with no drivers I get 60 fps. But then other games run like shit.

ensure you have java 64 bit downloaded, 32 bit only allows 1 gb of ram to be used (and for all those people that say minecraft no longer runs of java, thats only for the stand alone version)
