[SOLVED] (Minecraft with Mods) Lag When Walking

Hello!

I was having a weird problem with my 1.12.2 Minecraft. I have several mods but I guess a unique bug? When I turn around with my mouse, the movements smooth, there is no problem. When I walk however, I seem to get a choppy "inching forward" movement. I don't think it's my FPS, it just seems to be the walking.

I have:
i7-6700k Processor
AMD RX290 GPU (3GB VRAM)
24 GBs of RAM, 20 Allocated to Minecraft

If anyone could offer any suggests, I would really appreciate it.

While I dont have a specific answer, I have encountered too much RAM being a fundamental issue with Java based MC.
Too little RAM causes issues, but overallocation causes the same issues, depending on the mods 20GB is way too much.
