The MSI Mortar MAX is pretty much a scaled down mATX version of the Tomahawk Max and a pretty decent board all round and as it's from the MSI MAX range, it is guaranteed to be ryzen 3000 ready straight from the box without the need of a bios update.
I think you meant to say micro-atx, that's what the m in matx stands for. On that note, better to pick out a B550M motherboard so you're secured for the future when you decide to drop in a 5000 series processor. Pick this one;
