Mini CD and Regular CD reader?

Is there a portable external disc reader that can read/burn mini CD and regular CD? I notice only the internal disc reader could only read/burn big normal CD/dvd, and I could not find any external CD/dvd reader/burner that can operate both disc. Any suggestions?

a normal dvd should read a mini cd no problem

An external should work with a mini cd fine .
The spindle size is the same ,& CD's/DVD's are read/written from the inside ring outwards.

Just pick one with a drawer rather than a slot loader & you'll be good

On another note , I can't believe anyone still has mini CD's.

As long as its not a slot loading drive it is fine.
