Mini-itx build, HTPC and light gaming

Hey, it's my first build in three years, and I'm going mini. I'm using some parts from my old build and putting them in my new one. The new build is going to be mainly for browsing, HTPC (like Netflix and WMC), and light gaming. Low resolution and details don't bother me, as long as new games run smooth. Budget cap is around 300. I'm also trying to go super quiet. Help me fill in the blanks:

This build should be better, its an APU, so the graphics are a bit faster then what that pentium offers, and I gave you a PicoPSU, so the extra space can be used for more storage in the future.

If you had an Intel option, what would it be? I kind of want to try Intel, since my last build was AMD and I want to try something new. Also, I already have the 4GB of RAM. I'll definitely check out the APU though; never thought about those.

Ah, alright, This Intel Build isn't clocked as high as what you are looking at, but it fits the budget
