Trying to get a parts list together for a friend who wants to get into PC gaming. Issue being of course that the apartment he rents doesn't have a whole lot of space where he could put a computer. He ideally wants to be able to have something smallish without sacrificing performance. Budget was around 2k CAD. Peripherals aren't needed, and he's going to use his brother's 1440p monitor since he bought a laptop.

This is what I came up with for him since he said he wants to overclock. (this CPU cooler isn't actually available in Canada, but I can pick it up for him this fall when I take a trip to the US)

I5-6600K CPU
Cryorig A80 CPU Cooler
EVGA Stinger Mini ITX Motherboard
16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz RAM
MSI Armor GTX 1070 GPU
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
EVGA Supernova 650P2 PSU
Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX Windowed Case

i5-6600k Mini ITX

Thoughts? Changes? Feedback is appreciated.

Solution
The cooler isn't that strong; it's meant more as a replacement for the stock one than for any overclocking. Get a Cryorig C1 instead. Except for that minor niggle, outstanding job!
