Just had a quick look through the list of LGA1155 mITX boards available at the site i buy from and all of them seem to support 16GB of memory.

This board in general isn't really news worthy

Maybe the price will be a news worthy feature but of course we don't know that yet.

I was going to say the same thing... Seems like an odd headline. There are existing mITX boards which support up to 16GB such as the EVGA Stinger (up to 16GB at 2133MHz).

looks like the only difference i can see between this a regular itx is that this uses laptop components, this a has a g2 socket and it take laptop ram and it has 2 lan ports

be a great thing to hve for lan parties. i remember the days when you had to drag out your atx cases to a lan party which was a pain in the ass, now these itx packages have gotten pretty advanced over the years to the point where they can do a lot of the same things that their much bigger cusions can do now where they have become a 'desktop to go' type of setup.
