I have found a couple but they're from 2015 and so only China has some refurbished ones at £400.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some mini ITX motherboards that can handle a 2280 SSD?
I didn't realise there were different types of NVMe SSDs :/

Processor socket is 1151 Intel i5 9500.
The m2 drive is a Corsair MP510 PCIe Gen 3.

Probably many.

At pcpartpicker, filtering for 'mini ITX'
The very first one has 2x PCIe 4.0 M.2 ports.

$199 from Amazon, Newegg.
"Total supports 2 x M.2 slots and 4 x SATA 6Gb/s ports"

I did not delve into any others.

I was hoping for a processor make and model as well.
Sorry, it's an Intel i5 9500.

I may have found one:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JBX52TM
But it's a bit expensive at around £100 - £160.

Will look at the parts picker website.

I think the ones I looked at were all 1200 sockets or no NVMe slots but the above one covers both and is fairly new (well, 2019!).

I also did not realise the partpicker website was as good as it is... boy now I feel sheepish!

Yes that board will work for your needs. You can look into pretty much any B360 m-itx or H370 m-itx board as well to pair that i5-9500 processor and Corsair M.2 PCIe 3.0x 4 SSD. Ebay would be your friend on this endeavor, since you're dealing with older generation tech and a brand new old platform motherboard would probably be impossible to get warranty on(or is not going to be feasible to get warranty on in 2022).
