Well thank goodness It was only the first shipment......
But
how many went out in the first shipment?
how long had the first shipment been out in the wild before this issue was discovered?
how many unaware people who recived the first shipment used there bank details and other important private info with the infected systems?
what have you put in place to mitigate any pending lossess that may incur for those who may suffer ID and finaical damage due to using the infected product?

Answer : I DID! I am currently decorating my home and made several online purchases from one of the PC's on the same network.

Answer : NOTHING!!

I can't get get hold of ANYONE on the companies US contact number. It's "SmartCubes" - probably outsourced to some guy in his basement. The number (on the website) is just (after a short voice message about being a valued customer) going to voicemail !!!!

If i had used one of those systems i'd change my password inform my bank I unknownly use a PC that had malware installed and what can be done to prevent any pending or future unauthorized access to your accounts in case they have got account details and ID info

Good advice. I will do just that. I've been changing as much as I can possible over the last few hours but I think i need to take a deep breath. Grab a cup of coffee and look at the dust settle.
