Mini PSU Upgrade for a Dell Optiplex 780 SFF?

Hi guys I wanted to upgrade my Optiplex 780 SFF(Small Factor Form) for the graphics card I was planning on installing a Radeon HD 6570. Currently my system has a Dell 235w psu. I saw on ebay 2 mini psu's one at 400w and the other 350w. Would any of these be compatible with the Optiplex 780 small factor form as in fitting inside and actually functioning? If not these psu's, can anyone recommend a mini psu upgrade for the Optiplex 780 SFF?

No... Both of those are BAD quality and will blow up. FSP is a good brand, and they make some of the oddest PSUs in the world.
